Akshara offers three main pricing plans to fit schools of all sizes:
- Basic Plan: ₹4,999 per month (₹49,999 per year) – includes essential school management features.
- Premium Plan: ₹9,999 per month (₹99,999 per year) – adds advanced features like customizable reports, enhanced parent portal, and website management.
- Premium Plus Plan: ₹14,999 per month (₹1,49,999 per year) – includes everything in the Premium Plan plus social media management, full website services, and a dedicated account manager.
Yes, we offer a significant discount for schools that opt for an annual subscription. By choosing the yearly plan, you can save around 16-17% compared to the monthly subscription rate.
No, there are no hidden fees. The subscription fees cover all the features included in the chosen plan. If there are any optional add-ons or custom integration requests, we will discuss the costs upfront with you.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways. Annual payments can also be made via purchase orders for larger institutions.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you choose to upgrade, the new features will be accessible immediately, and the pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Downgrading can also be done at the end of your current billing period.
Yes, we offer a Limited free trial so that schools can explore Akshara’s features and assess how it fits their needs before committing to a subscription. You can contact support for more details.
We do not charge any setup fees for implementing Akshara with our standard plans. However, if your school requires custom integrations or data migration services beyond the usual scope, additional charges may apply, which will be communicated in advance.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, your access to Akshara will continue until the end of that period. There are no refunds for partial months or unused time, but you will still have access to export your data.
